Hi, I’m Gil.
Before co-founding Echelon, I built a custom sign and LED carpentry business where precision was the entire product. No piece got cut until every detail was specified. That standard carried into outdoor living when Andrew and I started Echelon in 2021.
When you submit this form, I will follow up personally within one business day. Andrew runs the build. Two owners, one process, no handoffs to someone who was not part of the original conversation.
Here’s exactly how a project moves from inquiry to completion.
A Quick Response
Every submission is reviewed, and a follow-up will arrive within 1 business day to confirm that the project scope and service area are a good fit.
The In-Home Consultation
A free visit to the property. Gil covers everything needed to deliver a complete design.
The 3D Design & Estimate
Within one week of the consultation, a complete 3D design of the outdoor space is ready for review. Once approved, the written estimate follows within two days.
Project Scheduling
Once the estimate is signed off, the project is scheduled. Andrew and the crew take it from there.

None. The consultation, design, and estimate are free. Echelon does not charge anything until a project is approved and a contract is signed.
Gil walks the property thoroughly and asks enough questions to come back with a design that reflects what the space should be. It is not a quick pitch.
Not a specific number, but a general range helps Gil align material recommendations to what makes sense for the scope. If you are not sure, say so. That is part of what the conversation is for.
That is the right time to reach out. A lot of the planning happens during the consultation and design review. A finalized plan is not required to start the process.
Within one business day. Gil reviews every submission personally and follows up directly to confirm the project is a good fit and lock in the consultation.
